Residential Energy Efficiency Incentive Programs

As of July 1, 2007, customers of Boscobel Utilities will be eligible for incentives through the programs listed below.

All programs other than the Renewable Energy program are administered by Focus on Energy. Boscobel Utilities has developed an agreement where customers of Boscobel Utilities may apply for the "Cash Back Rewards" offered through the Focus on Energy programs listed below.

Focus on Energy Program Offerings
Program Description
Efficient Heating and Cooling Initiative Incentives for high efficiency furnaces, air conditioners, and boilers
Energy Star Lighting Incentives for efficient light bulbs and fixtures
Appliances Incentives for select appliances and water heaters
Home Performance with Energy Star Incentives for energy improvements on existing homes (insulation, air sealing, moisture issues, ventilation, etc.) Incentives based on consultants energy improvement recommendations
Wisconsin Energy Star Homes Incentives for building a new energy efficient home
Targeted Home Performance Covers 90% of the project cost for weatherization improvements on households within 150% to 200% of federal poverty guidelines

Program Description
Renewable Energy Incentives for the installation of solar domestic hot water systems, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and wind energy systems less than 20KW
