Important Instructions
- All recycling bins must be kept inside in a dry place.
- Any scheduled pick up days on a holiday and days following a holiday will run one day late!
- No bin, no pick up!
- Additional bins may be purchased at Town & Country Sanitation
- Place at curbside by 7:00 a.m.

Not Acceptable
- mirrors
- ceramic cups and plates
- clay flower pots
- crystal
- light bulbs
- window glass
- heat resistant ovenware
- drinking glasses
Glass Acceptable
- Soda, beer, wine and liquor bottles
- juice and food containers
- catsup bottles
- All colors
- Rinse clean
- No lids
- Unbroken
- Labels on, OK!
Plastic
- Containers must have the recycling symbol!
- Plastics 1 through 7
- No plastic bags
- Items which can be tied together (such as milk cartons) may be placed next to bin.
- Rinse
- No caps or lids
Paper
- Newspapers must be bundled and tied.
- Keep Dry
- May be placed next to bin
- Magazines & catalogs must be bundled and tied.
Tin Cans
- Rinse clean
- Emptied aerosol cans are recyclable
Aluminum
- Aluminum Cans
- Make sure foil is aluminum
- Rinse
Other Materials
- Corrugated cardboard and boxboard
- cereal, pop, etc.
- must be flattened, bundled and tied, in 3x4 sheets or smaller
- Office paper in sealed clear bag
- Batteries
- Waste Oil
- Will be picked up curbside.
- Nothing bigger than 5 gal. jug with leakproof cap
